]]> The GELEX G500 DC aluminum boat is a new 500 series stationary double console versatile aluminum boat with a length of 5.15m and a width of 2.05m, first introduced in 2021. Complete with a stationary driver’s seat, this boat is a classic looking launch.

The advantages of this boat are not only a unique design, but also good speed characteristics, stability, lightness, fast klis movement, good maneuverability and handling. GELEX G500 DC is perfect for leisure and fishing in lakes and sea. It is solid, safe and remarkably smooth even in low water.

The hull of the boat is made of aluminum with a recess, where the hull material is a very strong aluminum alloy AlMg 4.5 Mn (5083), the sides are 3 mm thick and the bottom is 4 mm thick. The frame is treated with chromate-titanium passivation according to the ENVIROX system to ensure special protection of aluminum surfaces against corrosion. The surface of the blanket is corrugated, stamped, which prevents slipping to a minimum. One notable feature of the boat is the efficient box-shaped cockpit with added T-slots on both sides for attaching accessories and boat parts. According to ISO 6185, the GELEX 500 DC aluminum boat is equipped with buoyancy blocks that ensure so-called unsinkability.
